2. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your Reijh products quickly and safely.

    b) During peak times or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


  2. Delivery Time

    a) Domestic deliveries: 3–7 business days.

    b) International deliveries: 7–21 business days, depending on location.


  3. Shipping Costs

    a) Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

    b) Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value (details on checkout page).

  4. Order Tracking

    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product delivered was expired.

Return Process:

  1. Please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at help@reijh.com.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will verify the issue.
  4. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

❌ Products cannot be returned or refunded once opened/used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure payment gateways shown at checkout.
  • All payments must be made in full before orders are shipped.
  • Reijh is not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization failures.
